Activating Your Account

After you create an account, an activation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided on the sign-up form.

No Activation E-mail Received

After a few minutes, if you still do not see the activation e-mail in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or promotions mailbox. If you still do not see the e-mail, Contact Us and we will help you activate your account directly.

“Invalid Activation Code” Message

If you are getting an “Invalid Activation Code” message, that means that your account has already been activated. Simply login and you should be set to go!

Activation e-mails are important because they help fight against fake/spam accounts and it improves the quality and security of the website for the entire MaxLife Events community.

How You Can Help

If your activation e-mail did go to your spam/junk folder, please indicate that it is not spam or junk, which will help increase the chances that our activation e-mails will not end up there for others. Thank you.
