If you’re having problems creating an account on the MaxLifeEvents website, we recommend following these steps:
- When trying to register, make sure you fill out every field. Phone number is optional, but everything else on the registration form is required. Before you hit the submit button, double-check that every field is filled out.
- Choose a username that is all lowercase, with no special symbols, no numbers, no spaces, etc. Choose a username that is more than 4 characters long.
- If any error messages pop up, copy and paste them into our Contact Us page so we can help you troubleshoot the issue.
